Q: What’s the difference between the Single and Team Training sessions?
A: The Single session is a 1-on-1 personalized training. The Team session includes 2–5 participants from the same organization and covers collaborative workflows.
Q: Will the training be recorded?
A: The team training sessions can be recorded upon request. For single sessions, we recommend taking notes, but recording may be available depending on the platform used.
Q: Do I need prior QuickBooks experience?
A: Not at all! This training is beginner-friendly and designed to help you feel confident using QuickBooks Online—even if you're starting from scratch.
Q: Can I ask specific questions about my books during training?
